Return/Refund/ Cancellation Policy

-CANCELLATION POLICY​

Since my products are handmade & made on order, I follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY.​​

-REFUND POLICY â€‹

 •Queenin’with D•adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled & will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

​-RETURN/REPLACE POLICY​

I request you to take a video of your order being opened (without any cuts) in case of missing product or defect from our end & send the video via an email to queeninwithd@gmail.com along with the details of your complain.

I will accordingly handle the return of the product and replace it. 
To complete your replacement, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to me, as I will send you a fresh product in case of damages or any defects, within 7- 10 days of receiving your complaint.

PICTURES of damaged products will NOT be considered.

​

 And  in case of any damage occurred during shipping/ transit we won't be responsible for the same.
