Since my products are handmade & made on order, I follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY.​​

-REFUND POLICY ​
•Queenin’with D•adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled & will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

​-RETURN/REPLACE POLICY​
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged (due to my error) or is missing, I kindly request an uncut video showcasing the entire unpacking process. Please send this video, along with a detailed description of your complaint, to queeninwithd@gmail.com.
Once your request is approved, I will provide instructions on how to return the item. In most cases, I will try to repair the damaged garment or provide a replacement piece (either the same or another available piece from the collection).
To expedite this replacement, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in your email.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Pictures of damaged products will NOT be considered.

I am not responsible for damage occurring during shipping/transit.

Queenin'with D reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of style or color.

Queenin'with D also reserves the right to deny cancellation of your order due to change of mind or change of circumstances prior to your item being shipped out. Please note processing times are estimates.
